Dr. Pauline E. Wallner, founder, president, and CEO of NMWB Global Management Services, LLC is an expert in all aspects of organizational and individual development. Her experience in marketing, accounting and finance, leadership, diversity, team-building, and strategic planning, allows her to work with entry-level, mid-level, and senior executives, regardless of their academic and corporate background.

She has coached and trained hundreds of men and women from private and publicly-traded firms, nonprofits and government entities. Chris Lee
Dr. Christopher D. Lee is a human resources practitioner, lecturer, researcher, and author. His background includes having served as the chief human resources officer for three different colleges or universities and a state college system. Formerly a question writer and member of the Exam Review Panel for the PHR and SPHR examinations administered by the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI), he is now a member of its board of directors. His areas of expertise are employment, training, and performance management—or, in his words, "finding, developing, and managing talent in organizations."
   
Dr. Art Tyler
   
Dr. Art Tyler
In August 2007, Dr. Art Tyler became the first Deputy Chancellor and Chief Operating Officer of the Houston Community College System. Houston Community College System, TX is composed of six colleges and serves over 78,000 students in over 40 locations throughout the greater Houston area. Dr. Tyler is responsible for leading the daily operations of the system that include financial, academic, student services and support, informational technology, and human resources. He manages over $300 million in construction and an annual budget of over $270 million.

Dr. Tyler also has had a leadership career in business and the military. He served as the Antiterrorism Manager for the Air Force and developed a five-year plan for the first worldwide human resource and asset protection program that became a model for the U.S. Department of Defense. He served as an advisor for two commanders responsible for the U.S. activities in Middle East. He often speaks at local, regional, and national conferences regarding community college and security issues. He has served numerous academic accreditation teams, and national and local boards including the AACC’s committees on Homeland Security, and Inclusion, Access, and Diversity, and Northcentral University School of Business Board of Advisors.
   
   
Dr. Wendy A. Finlay has over 30 years of leadership experience in various industries. As an entrepreneur she has pioneered several successful businesses and subunits. Her passion is in work-life balance for entrepreneurs as a source of competitive advantage, an area in which she has completed extensive research. In tough economic times and very competitive business environments, Dr. Finlay believes that organizational growth and development can only be achieved through effective leadership and training, coupled with technologically advanced systems and processes. Her expertise in both manufacturing and service sectors gives her a broad understanding of customer-supplier-relationships in both B2B and B2C environments. Dr. Finlay is also an adjunct professor at one of the leading business colleges and specializes in Small Business Management, Strategic Planning, and International Business. Having garnered the respect of business, social, and academic networks, Dr. Finlay accepts speaking engagements on a diverse list of topics, including her doctoral research titled, Work-Life Balance in Women Entrepreneurs.
   
   
Dr. Hyo Jin (Jeana) Cho is a highly energetic, results-oriented leader who has over 13 years of experience in the military and private sector. She has a proven track record of success in logistics, leadership, diversity, and operations and training during both peace and war times in the U.S. Army. Dr. Cho served in both U.S. and overseas in leadership roles, resulting in numerous achievements, commendation, and distinguished service awards.

Her doctoral research titled, Unspoken Leadership Development Tool: A Phenomenological Study on Cross-Race Mentoring in the United States Army was designed to identify the factors that hinder or assist effective cross-race mentoring relationship. The knowledge from the study lessens the factors that may prevent future U.S. Army mentors and mentees from challenges with cross-race mentoring and assist towards positive cross-race mentoring relationship. Given her extensive experience in organizational strategies, design, development, and behavior, Dr. Cho understands the growing need to mentor and coach both military and civilian populations. She is open and available to address diverse audiences in the global arena.
