In the past few years, I have had the pleasure of traveling around the globe training and coaching executives in Asia, Europe, Caribbean, and North America. Nothing gives me more pleasure than to encounter individuals who are willing to step out of their comfort zones to reflect on life’s possibilities. From the boardroom to the classroom and now to the deck of a large ship sailing the Southern Caribbean, let us discuss several ways to replace fear, anxiety, and insecurity with purpose, leadership, action, and navigable possibilities. Our philosophy of learning + sharing = growth travels with us regardless of the seminar setting. More importantly, we strive to design retreats in environments that replace traditional settings with settings that stimulate innovative ideas. Your floating accommodation is fully equipped to entertain you outside of workshop hours. When the ship docks, feel free to visit each Island to learn from the citizens, explore history, and acquire artifacts, symbols, and souvenirs.
Land visits are your responsibility and are not directly related to the workshops. Participants must participate in all the workshops to earn a certificate of completion.
