Dr. Wallner and her colleagues apply adult learning
techniques to design, develop, and facilitate organizational performance
interventions. She brings many years of corporate, academic. and consulting
experience to the client engagement and continually assesses changing landscapes and brings current and futuristic models to the
learning environment. Her international experience gives her a
unique understanding of global cultures. As an expert in action-learning, i.e.,
real-world application of accounting, finance, strategy, marketing, and
management, she brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and implementation
techniques that meet and / or exceed clients’ expectations.
We design and develop corporate training programs by accepting direct contracts and / or subcontracting agreements. Our goal is to assist management professionals to develop a holistic and cross-disciplinary approach to their roles.
In addition to designing and developing training programs for our clients, we also facilitate onsite seminars. We offer technical and soft skills training using both “off-the-shelf” or customized training solutions.
Senior Executives: We offer a plethora of business management solutions to senior executives. Our services might include organizational design, culture/climate assessments, strategic planning, and/or personal leadership capability models.
Mid-level executives: We offer career-mapping solutions to mid-level executives,
assisting you to overcome real or perceived barriers to career advancement. We work with individuals, workgroups, teams,
and/or organizations.
Transitional (displaced) employees:We offer customized solutions to temporarily displaced individuals in search of similar or new career opportunities or entrepreneurial endeavors. Our goal is to assist transitional employees in developing and maintaining a proactive, action-oriented placement strategy.These coaching services are primarily sponsored by participating client organizations at no additional cost to the candidate.
Although we are not a placement agency, our objective is to assist our clients in transition to explore all options and to maximize their career search by developing and personalizing a comprehensive plan.
We facilitate executive retreats geared towards long range planning, strategic planning, sales force development, executive training for senior leaders, and/or for rewarding performance excellence. Clients might set aside 3-5-10 days per year to conduct executive retreats in environments that stimulate innovative ideas on operational restructuring, market expansion, product expansion, and/or growth opportunities. An external consultant uses tools and techniques to encourage objective thinking within an inclusive environment.
